BT Cam is a new way to remotely control your Sony camera! No need to buy separate hardware remotes, which you always need to remember to bring along. You can now use your smartphone, a device that you always carry with you!
Unlike other solutions, BT Cam uses Bluetooth for communication with the camera and this comes with a certain set of benefits which you can read about below. Whether you are a creator, professional, or hobbyist, you can use BT Cam as the perfect companion to your Sony camera.
Can I try it for free?
It comes with a free trial. BT Cam is offered as software as a service (SaaS). You will need to purchase a subscription or a lifetime license from within the app.

- Ability to auto-restart video recording when camera's time-limit has been hit.
- Allow PC remote to stay active so you don’t need to pick between smartphone control and PC control.

How does it work?
It is very simple for you to get up and running. For the first time you need to perform 3 simple steps and from the next time on it is as simple as opening the app, automatically getting connected and start capturing images!
- Enable Bluetooth on your camera and enter pairing mode once (only once)
- Using the app, scan for cameras (only once)
- Select your camera to connect to it (only once)
- Control your camera and capture pictures!

Dark mode support
The app will adapt its color scheme to either light or dark depending on your device’s settings.
Portrait/Landscape orientation support
If you like to mount your device, no matter what orientation you prefer the app will rotate and adapt to the size of the screen
